Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Original Pink Made.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in its / their original condition within 14 days of your receiving date for a refund or exchange less shipping costs. Customer pays for return shipping.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

The item(s) must be in its / their original condition, (must be unused /unworn and returned in same state as when received / unless defective) returned within 14 days of your receiving date (meaning postmarked BEFORE OR ON the 14th day) less shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns & or requests received 15 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. 
You have 14 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return, or exchange process.

After we receive your request & review the information, we will send you an email regarding your case.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

DAMAGES / LOST ITEMS:

We fully inspect every item before shipping it out to its forever home to ensure it arrives to you in great condition, however, please understand we cannot control how the mail carrier handles the items once they are in the mail carrier's possession. 

Lost items are out of our control and cannot be held responsible should your item(s) become lost in transit.  It is best to contact the mail service provider to file a claim.   

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGE:

  • Used / worn apparel
  • Any item trying to be returned past the return window (after 14 days)
  • Damaged items not defective, caused by customer
  • Gift cards
  • Any on sale items
