Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday anywhere from 1-5 days after your order has been processed. (Excluding holidays).

Processing may take anywhere from 1-15 days depending on size of order.

RISK OF LOSS:

Please understand we have no control over shipping carriers; therefore, we cannot be responsible for any delays or losses by the shipping carrier. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package is handed to the service provider. If you do not receive this information, please send us an email and we will reply with the tracking information.  Please follow up directly with the service provider to get detailed status of the delivery of your package.

 

DAMAGES / LOST ITEMS:

We fully inspect every item before shipping it out to its forever home to ensure it arrives to you in great condition, however, please understand we cannot control how the mail carrier handles the items once they are in the mail carrier's possession. 

Lost items are out of our control and cannot be held responsible should your item(s) become lost in transit.  It is best to contact the mail service provider to file a claim.
